Sultan Naeem Mohammad Sonbul

 Assistant Professor

Profile

My primary research interest is the discovering diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers associated with lymphovascular invasion in invasive breast cancer patients. Eager to identify novel therapeutic targets and classifiers for cancer patients to enhance their clinical management. I am working on providing evidence-based research studies that explain the regulations of the invasion driver molecules. I am actively pursuing the opportunity to contribute value to translational research. I am developing and maintaining student engagement in online and in-classroom environments. Enthusiastic professional with a background in advising students and producing positive learning outcomes. Passionate about fostering intellectual development and success for every student.

Research Interests

I am interested in the identification of novel lymphovascular invasion driving-molecules in invasive breast cancer patients. Also, I am focusing my research work to 1) discover the precursor factors for breast cancer in young female patients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2) identify prognostic and therapeutic targets helping in developing treatment regimens for breast cancer patients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Areas of expertise

Academic teaching Provide efficient and effective teaching and learning experiences for students
Biostatistics Conducting various statistical analyzes on nominal variables, including categorical and ordinal variables, continuous scale data, and independent or dependent variables. The goal is to find statistical relationships that support biological phenomena on pathological tissues.
